I'm an IT Apprentice at the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (Ciarb). My role is to help maintain the organisations IT infrastructure as well as providing support to all our users within the company and externally. I am dedicated to providing outstanding technical support to work colleagues, assisting with troubleshooting any hardware or software related issues.
