My role is to ensure that as an organisation we are providing a consistently supportive and enriching volunteer experience to all of our member volunteers throughout their whole volunteer journey. My background is in supporting and enabling volunteers in both large scale and small scale programmes in a variety of different settings.

Volunteers at Ciarb are central in everything we do and play a huge role in helping us to achieve our strategic aims and so it is important that as an organisation we are ensuring that everyone has  a great volunteer experience with us.
