We are responsible for upholding the Ciarb's legal and governance framework while providing expert dispute resolution services. We ensure that Ciarb operates within legal and regulatory boundaries, managing governance processes and advising on legal matters affecting the institute. Additionally, we oversee the Dispute Appointments Service (DAS), which involves appointing arbitrators, mediators, and adjudicators for various disputes. The team ensures that these appointments are conducted impartially and in line with Ciarb's standards.
